Property was good standard and quiet, we thoroughly enjoyed this place.
The hotel was an interesting place for enjoying a secure area, really close to Michigan, and a safe area outside of flint. We had an a nice size room with a jacuzzi. Everything seemed great, clean. Convenient and decent location, the free parking was available. Had a very nice stay here.

The room was never got cleaned or clean towels and available with a jacuzzi. A microwave and a fridge were provided if needed.

Family beware at this place
I managed to score a decent hot tub room, and that was a pleasant surprise given the disappointment around everything else. The beds were comfortable enough that I woke up without a total backache, but that kinda feels like setting the bar low, ya know?
It's not cheap but honestly, considering the state of things, I expected more for the price.
